About Ryan Sharpe
Executive Leader, Project Professional, and Delivery Specialist.
Ryan leads complex technology portfolios and enterprise delivery functions, helping organisations translate strategy into disciplined execution and measurable outcomes across large-scale change.
Ryan Sharpe’s career has focused on bringing clarity, structure, and measurable progress to complex environments. Over more than a decade, he has operated across global operations, enterprise delivery, and transformation leadership, taking responsibility for initiatives spanning large-scale business change, technology implementation, and high-pressure operational settings.
Earlier in his career, Ryan built his foundations in project and operational management through the delivery of high-profile corporate and sporting events across the Middle East. Working in fast-paced, high-visibility environments shaped a leadership style grounded in precision, accountability, and calm decision-making under pressure, disciplines that continue to inform his approach to enterprise delivery today.
Throughout his journey, Ryan has built and led enterprise PMOs and high-performing teams, embedding governance models and delivery frameworks that create confidence in decision-making and momentum in execution. His experience includes overseeing multi-million-pound portfolios, leading a direct team of over a dozen professionals, and operating within matrixed environments with national scope and global collaboration.
Ryan currently heads the Technology Enterprise PMO at Maximus UK, providing strategic oversight across portfolio governance, delivery, and transformation within a complex technology landscape. As part of this role, his function coordinates the technology contribution to significant contract submissions, bringing together delivery planning, resource and capability modelling, and commercial inputs to ensure proposed solutions are executable, scalable, and aligned to organisational priorities.
His leadership style is characterised by calm, pragmatic decision-making and a focus on outcomes rather than activity. He brings clarity to complex situations, applies discipline where it is needed, and ensures progress remains visible, measured, and aligned to organisational priorities.
